AGREEMENT

The client is the sole owner of the website and is acting as a private client, not a partner of Modifications, Applications, and Systems Corporation (MAS Corp.).  We do not and will not copyright your material.

1. This agreement is a work for hire. The Client shall pay for all services required to produce their website and reserve the complete rights to all materials produced on their behalf under Special Option. The client agrees to pay a $150.00 deposit, purchase the domain and hosting, and submit a completed design idea before any work is initiated on the website.

2. Modifications to an already completed and/or approved website is not automatically included. Modification services are extra; therefore the 45 days production period starts after the approval of the modifications. Modifying an already completed and/or approved website is contracted out for the amount agreed upon between MAS Corp. and the Client, depending on the time required to complete the project and the type of modification. Once the modifications are completed, clients will receive a copy of the modifications to review for publication of the website via U.S. mail.

3. Compensation: The client agrees to submit the contractor a deposit. If no payments on the deposit are received within 30 days, our agreement will expire. We understand that all clients are not able to afford the large payment, therefore, we allow you to pay off your balance in installments that are affordable to you. 

4. Cancellation Fees: If the client terminates the agreement, Client shall pay the contractor for the work done up to the termination date. If the client revokes the Agreement, the client shall pay for services performed up to cancellation date, as well as a $150.00 termination fee. We do not return any items at our expense. If you do not include funds or stamps for images or template ideas, then all items used to create your website will be shredded within 1 week of the final publication of your website.

 5.  Confidentiality: The contractor shall keep this work confidential during the course of the project but reserves the right to use it after publication for examples used to gain future clients.
